Hyungbo Shim received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from Seoul National University, Korea, and held the post-doc position at University of California, Santa Barbara till 2001. He joined Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea, in 2002. Since 2003, he has been with Seoul National University, Korea. He served as associate editor for Automatica, IEEE Trans. on Automatic Control, Int. Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control, and European Journal of Control, and as editor for Int. Journal of Control, Automation, and Systems. He was the Program Chair of ICCAS 2014 and Vice-program Chair of IFAC World Congress 2008. He was a guest professor at Keio University, Japan, in 2016, and he is now the director of Engineering Research Center for Advanced Control & Instrumentation, Korea. He received Young Researcher Award and Scientific Award from ICROS in 2009 and 2012, respectively. His research interest includes stability analysis of nonlinear systems, observer design, disturbance observer technique, secure control systems, and synchronization. Jiyeon Nam received her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering from Seoul National University in 2008 and 2010, respectively. From 2010 to 2011, she worked as a researcher at LG Chem. From 2011 to 2013, she was a process engineer at Hyundai Heavy Industries. Since 2015 she has been at Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea, where she is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Hamin Chang is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Seoul National University, Korea. He is currently co-advised by professor Stephan Trenn in University of Groningen, Netherlands.

Heein Park received his B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea in 2020. His current research interests include system identification and control of unknown systems.
