At 27th June, in proceedings of American Control Conference (2018), Seungjoon Lee presented his recent result about decentralized design of coupling gains in multi-agent systems (MAS). The title of the paper is “Practical synchronization of heterogeneous multi-agent system using adaptive law for coupling gains,” and this work is contributed by Seungjoon Lee, Hyeonjun Yun, and Hyungbo Shim. Introducing an adaptive design of coupling gain dynamics for each node, they have achieved completely decentralized design of MAS even under their heterogeneity. This talk also includes an algorithm to maintain synchronization performance under dynamic network topology and an application to economic dispatch problem as an example.
