Paulo Gil visited CDSL for about two months to collaborate on cyber-physical systems(CPS).
Professor Gill is a professor at Universidade NOVA de Lisboa in Portugal, and the research field is various, such as intelligent systems, multi-agent systems, hybrid systems, and CPS. In particular, his research on CPS is closely related to security issues, and his latest results are monitoring method, resilience enhancement, and outliers detection on multi-agent framework.
Professor Gil made a presentation on his research to open a forum for the collaboration. In his talk, the necessity of security in CPS and the new trend were discussed for the 4th industrial era.
Hopefully, this collaboration will continue the research ties between CDSL and his laboratory.
